What Goes On Chain
Each AMMO-AUTH message is a data (OP_RETURN) output startin' with 414d4d4f ("AMMO"), a version byte and a type: 01 REGISTER, 02 TRANSFER, 03 REVOKE. The sendin' address is the maker or owner.
