Honest Limits
Whoever stakes the chosen block could, in theory, hold back a block they don't like, losin' that block. Usin' a block several blocks after entries close, with the entry list published first, keeps that small.
A fair draw is free: nothin' can be paid to enter or to better yer odds. Winners must be 18+ and confirm. Void where prohibited.
Safety: Never share yer private keys, seed phrase or wallet file with anybody. GLiBz never asks fer 'em, and neither does the QuarterMaster.
