Shielded Addresses & Memos

A payment to a shielded address can carry a memo of up to 512 bytes: an invoice number, a note, a thank-you. It's encrypted, so only the receiver, or someone holdin' the viewing key, can read it. Memos only go to shielded addresses.

A viewing key lets someone ya choose see an address's history without bein' able to spend:

Safety: Never share yer private keys, seed phrase or wallet file with anybody. GLiBz never asks fer 'em, and neither does the QuarterMaster.
