lesson 1:
Yer Wallet, Yer Keys
An AMMOcoin wallet is a little strongbox. Inside are private keys; each key controls one address. Folks send AMMO to yer address, and only the key can move it again.
Grab the v1.1.1 core wallet from ammocoin.org/downloads and check the checksum before ya run it. Then make yer first address (it starts with A):
ammocoin-cli getnewaddress "main"Ya can type the same commands in the desktop wallet under Settings, Debug, Console. An address is safe to share. A key never is.
Safety: Never share yer private keys, seed phrase or wallet file with anybody. GLiBz never asks fer 'em, and neither does the QuarterMaster.
