How do I report a problem with a Marketplace transaction?

If you have an issue with a transaction:

• First, contact the other party through GLiBz messaging to resolve it directly
• If unresolved, use the Report feature on the listing
• For escrow disputes (coming soon), the dispute resolution system will automatically involve an admin
• You can also email [email protected] for urgent issues

We take fraud seriously and will investigate all reports.
