This morning at the range, I was tinkering with some .308 Winchester loads, trying to dial in the perfect combination for the M1A. Found that 42 grains of Varget behind a 168-grain Sierra MatchKing is what my rifle’s been waiting for. Recoil was manageable, and the grouping was tighter than a Marine's haircut. Any pardners use other powders they'd recommend for this setup?
