I used to be the person who hit snooze five times and rushed through mornings feeling frazzled. That changed when I discovered this simple routine:

Minutes 1-3: Mindful Breathing

Three minutes of deep breathing sets the tone for the entire day. I use the 4-7-8 technique: inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.

Minutes 4-6: Gentle Movement

Nothing intense - just some stretches, shoulder rolls, or a few yoga poses. It awakens the body and improves circulation.

Minutes 7-8: Gratitude Practice

I write down three things I'm grateful for. This simple practice rewires the brain for positivity.

Minutes 9-10: Intention Setting

What's the most important thing I want to accomplish today? Setting one clear intention helps me stay focused.
