1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GLiBz. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you’re under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to game the Nuggets economy or manipulate platform features is prohibited.
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile information current.
3. Content & Conduct
GLiBz values free expression. We do not engage in political censorship or viewpoint discrimination. That said, every frontier has a code:
- Your content is yours. You retain ownership of everything you post (Squawks, Movin’ Pictures, photos in your Troves, etc.). By posting, you grant GLiBz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
- Don’t break the law. Content that is illegal under U.S. federal law is prohibited — including but not limited to: child exploitation material, credible threats of violence, and content that facilitates human trafficking.
- No spam or bot manipulation. Automated posting, fake engagement, or coordinated inauthentic behavior will result in account suspension.
- Respect intellectual property. Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share.
4. The Nuggets Economy
Nuggets are GLiBz’s in-platform reward currency. Key rules:
- Nuggets are earned through content creation (posting Squawks, uploading Movin’ Pictures, adding photos to Troves, etc.), social engagement (commenting, reacting, adding Pardners), and daily login streaks.
- Nuggets can be wagered in Frontier Saloon games. All bets are final. GLiBz is not responsible for Nuggets lost through gameplay.
- Nuggets may be exchanged for AMMOcoin via the built-in exchange, subject to current exchange rates and minimum thresholds.
- Manipulation of the Nuggets system (exploiting bugs, using bots, multi-accounting) will result in forfeiture of Nuggets and potential account termination.
5. AMMOcoin Integration
GLiBz is powered by AMMOcoin. By using AMMOcoin-related features (buying Nuggets, selling Nuggets, marketplace escrow), you also agree to the AMMOcoin Terms of Use.

- AMMOcoin transactions on GLiBz are processed through the AMMOcoin payment gateway. GLiBz does not hold or custody cryptocurrency on your behalf.
- Exchange rates between Nuggets and AMMOcoin are set by GLiBz and may change at any time.
- Cryptocurrency transactions are inherently irreversible. GLiBz is not liable for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses or blockchain-related issues.
6. Escrow & Marketplace
GLiBz offers an AMMOcoin-based escrow service for peer-to-peer transactions. By using escrow:
- Funds are held until both parties confirm completion.
- Disputes are reviewed by AI-assisted moderation and, if needed, human administrators.
- GLiBz charges a service fee on escrow transactions as displayed at time of creation.
- Both buyers and sellers build reputation scores based on completed transactions.
7. Privacy
Your privacy matters. GLiBz does not sell your personal data to third parties and does not track your browsing activity outside of the platform. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
8. Termination
GLiBz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If your account is terminated for cause, any remaining Nuggets may be forfeited. You may delete your own account at any time through your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
GLiBz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses of Nuggets or AMMOcoin due to system errors, security breaches, or gameplay.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via Dispatches (notifications) and posted on this page. Continued use of GLiBz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
